What to Expect
The main focus of appointments is locating and releasing restrictions in the body that are causing dysfunction, compensation and/or abnormal patterns in the body. This may be in the neural system (CranioSacral work), Visceral System (organs), or Musculoskeletal System (joints, muscles and ligaments). The sessions are always hands on manual work with clothing is worn.
Most dysfunctional patterns have been in the body for a long time and so most problems can’t be resolved in 45min. But you can expect progress with each session. You the client are in control of how many visits you come to. If this is beneficial to you, and you want to continue to work on things, it is your choice to continue.
